At STG Mobile Nerf Party, safety is our top priority. Because our games are active and involve running, tagging, and team play, we require every participant under 18 years of age to have a signed consent form from a parent or guardian before joining the fun.

This protects your child, you, and our team—making sure everyone understands the risks and responsibilities that come with physical play. With this simple online form, there’s no need to download, print, scan, or email paperwork. Just fill it out here, and you’re all set!

Guardian Consent & Release

I wish to participate in a STG Mobile Nerf Party event and in signing this document I agree that the below information is correct. I consent and understand all of the following conditions of my time with STG Mobile Nerf Party and hereby and forever discharge from any claims and liabilities what so ever without limitation that I may have against STG Mobile Nerf Party, including staff, volunteers, or employees and the owners of the property on which the events are held and any other players who might injure me however arising. I make this release on behalf of heirs, my executors, administrators and myself. I consent and fully understand:

  • That the events are physically and mentally intense and may require extreme exertion to play.
  • The possibility of injury to myself and others exists.
  • That indoor or outdoor activities carry the danger of trips, slips, falling over, and other common physical injuries or hazards.
  • I am fit both physically and mentally to participate in my chosen event.
  • That eye protection and other safety equipment provided is to be worn at all times within the gaming arena.
  • I understand that failing to comply with any rules stated verbally as well as written documents will result in ejection from the chosen activity and no refunds will be offered.
  • I must always follow the instructions of my STG Mobile Nerf Party attendant/host.
  • I must not climb on any of the structures or inflatable barriers within the gaming arena.
  • I must not consume any alcohol prior to the session or activity.
  • I fully understand all of the terms and conditions both in documentation and in all verbal agreements and am of age to take part in the NERF dart tag activity.
  • I also give my permission for STG Mobile Nerf Party to use any pictures and video I may appear in for their use in advertising or other means.
By this Waiver, I assume any risk, and take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury, death or damage to personal property associated with STG Mobile Nerf Party activities and events organized by STG Mobile Nerf Party. I understand and confirm that by signing this WAIVER AND RELEASE I have given up considerable future legal rights against STG Mobile Nerf Party. I have signed this Agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress. My signature is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional WAIVER AND RELEASE of all liability to the full extent of the law. By signing this, I understand and agree that Participant is 6 years or older.

STG Mobile Nerf Party Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between STG Mobile Nerf Party ("Owner") and the undersigned renter ("Renter"). By booking and making payment, the Renter agrees to all terms outlined herein.

1. Reservation and Payment: • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. • Payment is non-refundable if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours after booking. • Refunds or rescheduling may be granted at the Owner's sole discretion in cases of unsafe weather conditions. • In the event of rescheduling is advised due to poor weather conditions- renter has the option to reschedule at the next available date (One- time rescheduling option); or receive a return in value of 50% of the payment made.

2. Damage Responsibility: • Renter assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of rental equipment during the rental period (Nerf Rival Blasters, ammo, Inflatable bunkers). • Renter agrees to cover the full cost of repairs or replacement, at current retail value, for any equipment damaged or not returned.

3. Property Damage and Personal Injury: • Renter shall be fully responsible for any and all property damage that occurs on-site during the rental period. • STG Mobile Nerf Party is not liable for any damage(s) incurred to the event property or personal property.

4. Liability Waiver: • STG Mobile Nerf Party is not responsible for any injuries sustained by participants or any other persons during the rental period. • Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless STG Mobile Nerf Party, its owners, representatives, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from injuries or accidents occurring during the rental period. • Renter assumes full responsibility for supervising participants and ensuring safe use of equipment, adherence to safety guidelines, and management of event activities.

5. Rental Period: • The rental period begins at the agreed-upon setup time and concludes at the agreed-upon pickup time. • Extended rental periods must be agreed upon in writing prior to the event and may incur additional fees.

By booking and completing payment, the Renter acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

You’ll receive an email confirmation for your records.

At check-in on party day, our staff will verify we’ve received your consent form before your child joins the games.
